I offer clinical supervision online via Zoom and in person in Hove.

Supervision is a supportive relationship where we can explore and reflect on your practice together. Because we cannot know all of ourselves, it is essential to continually uncover our blind spots in a way which facilitates our learning as clinicians. Supervision is where we can be held by an experienced practitioner as we face into the challenges of the work that we do and how it affects us.

My supervision practice is underpinned by the values of creativity and appropriate spontaneity. I am relational in approach and integrate psychodynamic, existential, trauma-informed and body-based perspectives into the way I work.

I have been a psychotherapist and counsellor for over 25 years and hold a Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision with the London Centre for Psychodrama, a UKCP-approved training provider.  I am a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the NCPS. I am an accredited Brainspotting practitioner and I take special interests in grief and trauma. As a gay autistic man, I bring awareness and experience of working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people. I am also climate- and collapse-aware and bring a supervisory eye to the wider context in which we all operate.

My fees are £80 per 50 minute session and I can work flexibly with your supervisory requirements. For counsellors and psychotherapists in training, I am happy to have a conversation about concessionary rates.

At your first supervision session, we will spend some time taking an overview of your work, getting a big picture of what is important to you as a practitioner and contracting for our work together.
